Privacy policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
In short: we collect what we need to give you Direkta and to bill you, nothing more. Our website uses no cookies, analytics or ads. We never store your screens or images. Job records are deleted after 90 days. We do not sell your data.
1. Who we are
Direkta ("we", "us") is responsible for the personal data described here. The name and address of the business behind Direkta are on every invoice and available on request. For anything about your data, email info@direktadesign.com.
2. What we collect
| When | What |
|---|---|
| You send a plan request or email us | Your name, email address, company or product name, the plan you chose, and anything you write to us. |
| You have an account | Your email address, your plan, the dates your plan runs, and how many commands you have started each month (to apply the plan limits). One-time sign-in codes, which expire within minutes. |
| You run a Direkta command | A record of the job: the command, the Figma link or website address you gave, up to 2,000 characters of product context you typed, the short reports of each stage, check results, layer names and measured values (such as colours and sizes). We never receive or store your screens, images or full files. |
| You pay | Your billing name and email, the amount, the date and the invoice. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider and are never seen or stored by us. |
| You visit the website | Our hosting provider records basic technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure. The website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. |
We do not collect special categories of data, such as health or religious beliefs, and we ask you not to type them into product context.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
- To provide Direkta and your plan (sign-in, running commands, plan limits, support): because it is needed for our contract with you.
- To bill you and keep accounts: to perform our contract, and because tax and accounting law requires records.
- To answer requests and questions before you buy: to take steps you asked for before a contract.
- To keep the service secure and improve it (for example, finding errors in job records): our legitimate interest in running a reliable product. You can object to this at any time.
- To send occasional product news: only if you agree, and you can unsubscribe in any email.
We make no decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similar effects on you.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We use a small number of providers who process data for us, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and the Direkta service, and stores account and job records.
- Resend: sends sign-in codes by email.
- FormSubmit: delivers plan requests from this website to our inbox.
- Our email provider: holds our email conversations with you.
- Our payment provider: processes your payments and holds card and bank details.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Claude and Figma. You use Direkta inside your own Claude account and your own Figma file. Anthropic and Figma handle your data in those services under their own privacy policies. What Direkta receives is limited to what your Claude sends to Direkta's tools, as listed above.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers are covered by recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses offered by those providers.
6. How long we keep it
- Job records: 90 days, then deleted.
- Account data: while your account is open, and up to 12 months after it closes, so we can answer questions about it.
- Invoices and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Plan requests from people who did not become customers: 12 months.
- Sign-in codes: minutes.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to: tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; and send it to you or another provider in a common format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email info@direktadesign.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
8. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections, sign-in uses one-time codes instead of passwords, and access to records is limited to the people who run Direkta. No system is perfectly secure: if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
9. Children
Direkta is for businesses and adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We will update this policy when what we do changes, and change the date at the top. If a change matters to customers, we will email you before it takes effect.
