Refund and cancellation policy

Refunds

• Who can ask: anyone who paid for a Direkta plan.
• When: within 14 days of the payment you want refunded. This applies to your first payment and to every renewal, monthly or yearly.
• How: email info@direktadesign.com from the address you signed up with, and say which payment. You do not need to give a reason.
• How much: the full amount of that payment. We do not deduct anything for the jobs you ran.
• How fast: we start the refund within 2 working days, back to the way you paid. Your bank or card provider may take a further 5 to 10 working days to show it.
• After a refund: your access for the refunded period ends when the refund is made.

After 14 days

After 14 days a payment is not refundable, but you can cancel at any time so that you are not billed again. If something went wrong on our side, such as the service not working for you for a long period, email us and we will put it right, which can include a refund.

Cancelling

• Email info@direktadesign.com to cancel. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
• You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, and we send no further invoices.
• On a founding member plan, cancelling ends the founding price. It is not available again later.
• If you change your mind, you can rejoin on any plan that is open at the time.

Your designs after you cancel

Everything Direkta helped you make stays in your Figma file. Cancelling does not remove anything from your files. Job records on our side are deleted after 90 days, as described in our privacy policy.

Human design services

Separately quoted work by our designers (such as user interviews or moderated tests) is not part of a plan. Its refund and cancellation terms are set in the quote you accept.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live, and does not take them away.
